The Cultural Asociation “Amigos do Museo de Vilalba” is born with the fundamental objective of try a sinergia between the museum and the citizenship, to make the society contributor of the activities of the museums, and that the own society promotes through these associations the activities of cultural extension of the Museum. All this in his more dynamic and participative aspect, with the unique objective of the diffusion of our culture.

The main aims of the association are:

-  To support and to collaborate in the running and activities of the Museo de Prehistoria e Arqueoloxía de Vilalba.

-  The defense, difusion and conservation of Cultural Inheritance in a general way and, specially, of the archaeological inheritance of Galicia.

-  To develop all type of activities directed to satisfy the demands and cultural iniciatives of the associate, individually or in collaboration with other groups of similar aids.

1 Quarter.

-  Journey by the Terra de Melide. Roman Military Camp of Cidadela, Monstery of Sobrado, Museo da Terra de Melide and Anta de Forno dos Mouros.

-  Assembly-Lunch.

2 Quarter.

-  Redaction Contest.

-  Trip to the Baixo Minho.

-  2º Curso de Patrimonio Cultural e Museos da Terra Cha.

3 Quarter.

-  Museo na Rúa.

-  Journey Megalithism Terra de Soneira.

4 Quarter.

-  Journey to Meira-Castro de Viladonga.

-  Journey to Lugo.
