From the Museo de Prehistoria e Arqueoloxía de Vilalba we are developing a series of activities of cultural revitalization with the objective of offering to the Chairegos, in their own social surroundings, exhibitions, conferences and audio-visuals to show them and to facilitate them the understanding of the importance of their remote past like base of the cultural identity.

To be able to obtain an adecuate developement of their aims, the museums must open their doors to the society, as much so that the public takes part in the different activities made in the same museums, like making activities that surpass the architectonical limits of the Museum. This is materialized in the publications that spread the knowledge of prehistory and archaeology beyond this architectonic frame, the visits and excursions guided by our inheritance and this own web page, while that, by the other band, temporary exhibitions, courses and seminaries and other activities also are organized.
